This highly coveted autograph is on an irregular piece of blue album page paper. As seen in the photo of the accompanying LOA, it was at one point attached to a section of a scrapbook page, however that is no longer the case. There is still a green-and-cream-checkered clipping attached to the back of the autograph cut, and above the autograph is a clipping that reads “All Star Game”.
