Baseball legend Jackie Robinson greets you cordially, with this signed postcard. Dating from circa 1950, this real photo card pictures Jackie in the Brooklyn Dodgers dugout. This same image was used for the 1948 Robinson Old Gold Cigarettes card, only without showing the pack of cigarettes. In place of Robinson's Old Gold endorsement on the bottom border, this version hosts a printed facsimile autograph, with Sincerely Yours salutation. Looking very much like a period-signed example, Robinson's live ("9") strength blue ballpoint pen autograph is located across his jersey, with Best Wishes. The obverse is clean, with a distinct photo of the broadly smiling Robinson, and the reverse is unused.
