Lot # 1285: Nolan Ryan Signed Limited Edition STAT Baseball

Human flamethrower Nolan Ryan went to great lengths in signing and inscribing this ONL/Coleman baseball. Ryan has applied a total of 16 inscriptions to all panels of this moderately toned ball, detailing many of his truly astonishing pitching feats, as follows:

Sweet spot: Ryan's signature and "HOF 99";

North panel: "324 Wins, 7 No-Hitters, 19 C.G. W/1 Hit or Less, 222 Complete Games, 61 Shutouts";

South panel: "100.9 M.P.H., The Ryan Express, 3.19 Career ERA, 383 K's in '73";

East panel: "6300 K Seasons, 15 200 K Seasons, 24 100 K seasons";

West panel: "215 Games W/10+ K's, 26 Games W/15+ K's, 5,714 K's".

Also seen on the west panel is the limited-edition numbering "#376/1,000".
