Graded Authentic by SGC. Blockbuster 1935 Goudey 4-in-1 uncut six-card panel that managed to escape the printer's blade! Formatted with four players per card, of the 24 total big leaguers pictured, a whopping 11 (46%) are members of the National Baseball Hall of Fame, including Babe Ruth. Only a handful of 1935 Goudey uncut panels are known, and even fewer contain the final playing-era gum card of the mighty "Bambino." Measures 7-1/8 x 6" overall. Despite an even coat of period film impacting each card, the sturdy cardboard foundation is otherwise crease-free with bold surface colors and only slight corner chipping. The reverse features a full-body black-and-white action pose of St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famer Frankie Frisch and displays only a trace of perimeter film. Includes: #3A Ruth/McManus/Brandt/Maranville, #3B Terry/Schumacher/Mancuso/T. Jackson, #3C P. Waner/Bush/Hoyt/L. Waner, #3D Grimes/Klein/Cuyler/English, #3E Leslie/Frey/Stripp/W. Clark and #3F Piet/Comorosky/Bottomley/Adams. An important prewar artifact that serves as an instant collection centerpiece!
