Description

From the 1919 Black Sox scandal to the 1959 Go-Go Sox to the 1983 "Winning Ugly" squad, this seat number 9 witnessed an unfathomable amount of Pale Hose history. Measuring approximately 20" wide and 31" tall, the Comiskey chair boasts the vast majority of its green paint still intact, except for the usual minor chipping and flaking. With its seat hinge fully operational, the relic can currently support normal weight though may need to have its legs mounted on a stand for full usage. It should be noted that the #9 holds a special place in White Sox history, as the jersey number has been retired in honor of Minnie Minoso. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot. Local pickup at our Silver Spring, MD office is highly encouraged.
