Description

A pair of New York Yankees legends are served up for your collecting pleasure, with the offering of these (2) signed yellow Hall of Fame plaque postcards. The subjects are Joe DiMaggio, and his centerfield successor Mickey Mantle. Between them, these all-time greats anchored the Yankees lineup for three decades, giving fans plenty to cheer about, including a combined total of fifteen World Series championships. Both legends have provided bold signatures on attractive cards. The DiMaggio card is set in a handsome 20" x 16" framed display, with a 1949 Sport magazine issue featuring "Joltin' Joe" on the cover. This DiMaggio card is accompanied by a full LOA from JSA. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the Mantle card with the following grades: Autograph 8, card EX 5.
