This trio is an excellent example of how the “tools of the trade” have changed over the years.

 

Turn of the Century Reach No. 2 Mushroom Bat (Patented August 1, 1905) - 33 inches, portions of the stampings can still be seen, with 5 inch sliver off the barrel and lots of use.

 

Fielder’s Glove likely from 1920s-1930s - 8 inches long with “Reg’lar Fellers - A Gold Smith Product - RF44. Genuine Horsehide” embossed in pocket (VG-EX).

Catcher’s Mask likely from 1930s-1940s - 10-inch metal and leather (GD).
