Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Silver Surfer, with the capture of this 3/66 Marvel Comics Fantastic Four #48 issue. One of the original source materials for the recent Fantastic Four big screen epic, this classic key issue is counted as the first appearance of the Silver Surfer. Also joining the fun in this famous first, are the Inhumans, the Watcher, and the Surfer's employer Galactus, who endowed his then herald with the Power Cosmic. Creators Stan Lee and Jack Kirby really outdid themselves with this Silver Age classic, which is an essential inclusion for a serious Fantastic Four collection.
