Offered is a near impossible tandem featuring an original wax pack wrapper plus an original flash strip from the issue. Released during the 1930s Dick Tracy and G-Men crime-fighting craze, the offered tandem is much more elusive! Includes: 1.) very rare wax pack wrapper presenting in overall excellent condition with only very minor surface creasing and a crisp perimeter and 2.) #22 flash strip printed on a paper-thin pink stock with moderate staining (VG-EX).
