Description

Adam Jones was still trying to crack the starting lineup, when he signed this 2007 Seattle Mariners game-used bat. Jones got a mid-season call up from the Mariners in 2006 but started the 2007 season in the minors. His second call up came on August 3, 2007, and this time he would stay in the Majors for good. Jones was traded to the Baltimore Orioles before the 2008 season started, and he went on to enjoy a productive 11-year run as a power bat in “Charm City”, endearing himself to the loyal fans. This scenario left a two-month window for Jones to have used this Marruci bat during the tail end of the 2007 season. Gold lettering on the barrel reads “Handcrafted for Adam Jones AJ10 Pro Model”. Jones has signed potently in gold on the barrel, and he has included the inscriptions “10, 07 Gamer”. This two-tone brown and black bat shows excellent signs of authentic game use, with a crack on the handle, paint erosion around the knob and cupped barrel end, and contacts marks on the barrel back, including one with baseball stitch impressions.

PSA/DNA COA/sticker for signature authentication.

Adam Jones signed Center Field Sports LOA for game-use attribution.
