Description

This is a great personal momento, a handwritten letter from Rock and Roll icon, Grace Slick, that touches on changes going on in her career. It comes with the original envelope postmarked, Los Angeles, CA, May 1, 1989, with “Grace Slick” (“9-10”) return address. The 6 ½ x 9 letter and the original envelope are in Excellent condition.

Dear Donald and Shaun,

I have no pictures at the moment as I am shifting from Starship to the original Airplane band and we have not had any publicity pictures taken yet. I could send you old ones, but the Starship people are mad at me for leaving so they changed the locks of the office, and I can't get in. Strange because I own 51% of the stock in the Starship corporation but people do get pissed off - life is not all a big bunch of laughs sometimes - know what I mean? Thanks for your interest though.

The letter and envelope both have Stickers from PSA/DNA and they are accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
