Description

Take home “The Greatest Hitter Who Ever Lived”, when you score these (2) Ted Williams signed posters in framed displays. The Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame outfielder once said "All I want out of life is that when I walk down the street, folks will say, there goes the greatest hitter who ever lived". Williams has about as a good a claim as any hitter, with his career on-base percentage of .482 making him the most proficient ballplayer of all-time at getting on base.

Sized at 23” x 19”, these professionally mounted frames are identical in size and style. One frame houses a limited-edition art print by Jim Dobbins, titled “Teddy Ballgame”. This depiction sees Williams leaning against Fenway Park’s “Green Monster”, while a pitching was being made in the second inning of a home game. Williams has located an extremely bold signature at center, directly above his image and the leftfield scoreboard.

Dated February 9th, 1995, is a batting pose poster from the Hitter Hall of Fame Dedication, at Citrus Hills, Florida. This piece also boasts an as bold as possible Williams signature, located over home plate. Both posters present as like-new, and the frames are ready for immediate display.

PSA/DNA full LOA, and Green Diamond COA/sticker for the Teddy Ballgame piece.

Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA, and Green Diamond COA/Sticker for the Hitters Hall of Fame piece.
