Quality, age and scarcity recommend this 10/41 Novelty Press Blue Bolt Vol.2, #5 issue. So far, CGC has graded just five examples of this early Golden Age comic book. This one has scored a favorable grade of 7.5, Light Tan to Off-White Pages, from top certification service CGC. Besides Blue Bolt and a host of other characters, this anthology title featured the scientifically developed hero Dick Cole, who is seen on the cover wearing his Farr Military Academy sweater, as he is ejected from his car during a bridge explosion set off by Simba Karno. Label notes are "Paul Gustavson art. 1st appearance of Freezum.".
