Error specialists revel in this scarce 1977 $10 Federal Reserve Note with a solvent smear. The smear error is located on the right side of this exceptionally crisp, vintage note, in the form of a 1" wide vertical swath passing through the serial number region. PMG has testified to the outstanding quality of this $10 bill, by assigning a grade of Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Signatures are Morton/Blumenthal.
