Population 1! Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. The mid-1980s were literally a banner time in the Windy City as Walter Payton led a Super Bowl Shuffle and Michael Jordan was building the foundation of a Chicago Bulls dynasty. In what can be only described as one of the more obscure sports collectibles we've handled, the offered 1986-1987 City of Chicago parking pass portrays both Hall of Fame legends (among other athletes). As potentially the first ever offered for public sale, this unused "Chicago Sports" transfer featuring a young Michael Jordan is especially exciting. The emblem has survived the decades in fantastic condition with razor-sharp corners and crisp front/back texts. An absolute must for #23 die-hards that should attract bidding interest the world over. The only example PSA has ever graded!
