Lot # 833: 1994 Spectrum The Miracle of '69 Complete Set (69) with (25) Signed Including Nolan Ryan & Tom Seaver

There is no doubt that the New York Mets of the 1960s are one of the greatest Cinderella stories of all time, rising from laughing stocks to World Series Champions in 1969. Of course, it didn't hurt that their pitching staff was led by Tom Seaver and Nolan Ryan.

Spectrum produced this commemorative set of (69) cards in 1994 celebrating those “Miracle Mets.” The set is numbered 00299 of 25,000 produced and includes a COA from Spectrum stating each item was signed in the presence of an authorized representative.

“Amazing” signatures averaging (“9-10”) have been applied in blue sharpie to (25) Near Mint cards.
