Lot # 1133: Nolan Ryan Signed Stat Ball and "The Kings" Ball Signed by Aaron, Rose & Ryan

Nolan Ryan is probably the best pitcher to sign a baseball with his statistics, as they are almost unmatchable. This white OAL/Budig ball is signed in ballpoint by Nolan Ryan on the sweet spot. On the top panel, he has inscribed his statistics: “5,714 Ks” (his career record strikeout total), “324 Ws” (his career win total), “7 NHs (his career record no hitters), and “383 Ks’73” (his single season strikeout record). On the bottom panel, he has inscribed “Ryan Express #34.” The signature and his inscriptions are a strong (“9-10”) and the baseball is 278/324 with a hologram and COA from the signing.

The Strikeout King has also signed a white OAL/Brown ball on the sweet spot, and he has been joined by the Hit King, Pete Rose, who signed the top panel above, and Home Run King, Hank Aaron, who has signed the panel below Ryan. These “Three Kings” signatures get an average grade of (“9-10”).
