Description

Hall of Famer Roy Campanella's career was cut short by an automobile crash in 1958. In his eleven years in the majors, the catcher was an 8-time All-Star. Michael Landon directed a TV movie based on his book, “It's Good to Be Alive,” in which he was portrayed by Paul Winfield. “Campy” has signed this white ONL/White ball on the sweet spot with a long signature from after he regained use of his hands after he was paralyzed (“6 to 8”).

Original notarized 1992 Score Board COA is included.

Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
