Presented is a 1965 Topps Football near set of (162/176) cards. These “tall boys” vary widely in condition and have an overall approximate condition breakdown of 20% (VG-EX or better), 25% (VG), 30% (GD) and 25% (FR or lesser) with nearly 10% displaying paper loss, punch holes and/or writing. Keys include: #1 Addison SP (VG), #3 Buoniconti SP (VG, stain), #51 Gilchrist SP (VG-EX), #87 CL SP (marked), #91 Bell SP (GD), #94 Buchanan SP (VG), #99 Dawson SP (GD), #117 Huarte RC SP (PR, pen marks), #121 Maynard (VG), #127 Snell SP (VG), #137 Davidson RC SP (GD), #145 Otto (GD), #155 Alworth (VG) and #161 Hadl SP (PR, punch hole). Note: Our consignor was an "OBC" collector (a hobby organization that emphasizes completion rather than condition), as such, multiple cards in this collection may be extremely low-grade.
