Description

The matchbooks offered are the duplicates from the landmark collection that was featured in our Spring auction. The usual staple marks on the striker notwithstanding, the overall condition averages Excellent. There are 94 baseball, 143 football and 50 hockey.

Hall of Famers include:

Baseball - Dean, Hartnett, Herman (2), Klein (2), Medwick (2) and P. Waner.

Football – Fortmann, Hewitt, Hubbard (GD), Strong, Musso (4) and Stydahar (2).

Hockey – Boucher, Coulter, Dutton, Oliver, Patrick, Seibert (2), N. Stewart and Thompson.
