Way back in the 1950s, when TV was establishing itself as the go-to medium for household entertainment, westerns were a big part of the action. One of the main attractions was ABC's first hit series, The Lone Ranger. This series ran for 221 episodes, over 5 seasons, spread out from 1949-1957, with reruns filling in the gaps in production. From the 1952-1953 third season comes this selection of (8) different original The Lone Ranger TV scripts. All are dated 1952 on the front, however the actual TV episodes aired in the first half of 1953. Running approximately 40 pages per script, each is typed with "Jack Chertok Productions, Inc." at bottom on the front cover, and 6 scripts bear a credit for Lone Ranger creator Fran Striker. Condition is generally pleasing, with wear ranging from minor to moderate.
