Over the past one hundred years or so, the New York Yankees have made a lot of history. That being the case, it’s easy to figure this group of (4) Yankees World Series programs recalls some major postseason moments.

Featured are:

1955 Yankees vs. Brooklyn Dodgers (GD) neatly scored for Game 7 clincher of Dodgers first ever World Series championship.

1956 Yankees vs. Brooklyn Dodgers (VG+) scored for a Yankees 6-2 win in Game 4, with home runs by Mickey Mantle and Hank Bauer. This World Series saw Don Larsen hurl his historic perfecto in Game 5.

1958 Yankees vs. Milwaukee Braves (EX) not scored, with listed Hall of Famers Mantle, Berra, Ford, Slaughter, manager Stengel, Aaron Mathews, Spahn, Schoendienst, and umpire Barlick.

1960 Yankees vs. Pittsburgh Pirates (VG+) with fantastic wraparound Yankees team photo cover picturing Mantle, Berra, Ford, Maris, Stengel, Howard, and Houk on the front. Though the results are not recorded, the lineups are filled in, and the pitching matchup of Ford-Mizell indicates this program is from Game 3. The Pirates went on to win this Fall Classic in a stunning seven-game upset, that ended with Mazeroski’s dramatic walk-off homer in the bottom of the 9th inning of Game 7, at Forbes Field.

Opening Bid $75.
