Lot Description  

There's a "Bat-Hoax" brewing in this 8/55 DC Detective Comics issue #222. Win Mortimer's mind-bending cover features a half-dozen Batmen and the caption "The Great Batman Swindle." CGC's spot-on grading label notes a rating of (4.5, "Off-White to White Pages"). Contributing creators are Finger, Binder and Miller stories, Dick Sprang, Joe Certa and Ruben Moreira art, Win Mortimer cover. Opening Bid $100.
