Akin to Robin in being a circus performer who suffered tragic loss at the hands of criminals, this gang-busting hero is depicted wielding a gadget bat to nab a nefarious felon, in a fantastic front-cover scene. GCG has blessed this seventy year-old comic book with a grade of (4.5, "Off-White to White Pages").
