Bill Graham’s numbered poster series began in 1966 with BG-1, which featured the Jefferson Airplane at The Fillmore Auditorium. Highlighted by every important band from the Psychedelic Era, and immortalized by San Francisco area artists Wes Wilson, Stanley Mouse, Alton Kelley, Rick Griffin to name just a few, these posters have become acknowledged works of art in their own right.
