Issued in 1987 on the back of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese boxes, the Kraft “Home Plate Heroes” set consisted of 48 hand-cut cards, and a cheesy pun for its name. These (8) cards, with well-Kraft-ed signatures in blue sharpie, represent some of the biggest stars from the set including Cal Ripken, Nolan Ryan, Kirby Puckett, Tony Gwynn, George Brett, Ozzie Smith, Fernando Valenzuela, and Steve Sax.
