Give your nod of approval to this 1961-1963 New York Yankees white square base bobble head. Standing 7" tall, this vintage figure presents handsomely, however upon close inspection, four hairline cracks are noted. Radiating up from the head opening, none of these superficial cracks exceeds a 1/2" in length, and their impact on the figure's display appeal is negligible. The hat decal is full, the base decal shows slight wear, the raised logo lettering on the jersey is bold, and there's one minute chip on the hair at front. Remnants of a sticker under the base retain the country of origin "Japan", and the ends of the words "Patent Pending". All this adds up to a respectable (EX) rating, though at arm's length this piece presents more like NM.
