Bert Sugar’s short-lived 1962 publication “Baseball Monthly” comes into view, with this collection of (61) magazines and premium photos. In an attempt to pick up where “Baseball Magazine” left off in 1957, Sugar’s magazine lasted for just four issues, spanning the period March to June, 1962. In addition to the four magazines, this publication also issued a series of eighty-nine premium photos. Measuring 8-1/2 x 11”, these premiums are designated M118.  Given the short existence of this long-ago publication, both the magazines, and the premiums are relatively scarce in comparison to the long-running Baseball Magazine issues.
