Little could derail the progress of the speedy bullet train known as the 1959 "Go-Go" White Sox. That is until the scratch and pitch oriented squad ran out of track against the pitching-rich, power-laden Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series. Recall a historic Fall Classic, with this 1959 Chicago White Sox unused full ticket block of (4). This series marked the Sox first postseason appearance since the 1919 "Black Sox Scandal", and for the Dodgers it ended in the first Los Angeles based championship, while also being the first World Series played on the West Coast. Good for Games 1, 2, 6, and 7, these clean and glossy tickets remain connected, however there is minor separation at the ends of the horizontal center perforation, and the vertical perforation appears to have been folded. There is also a slight bend on tickets 1 and 2 on the upper left side, and a light crease on ticket 7 at lower left. Otherwise this sixty-four-year block remains very pleasing, technically rating as Vg-Ex, though it presents much better.

Opening Bid $500.
