Bank your bids on a lifetime .300 hitter, with this selection of (200) Harvey Kuenn signed checks. A baseball lifer, Kuenn succumbed to illness at the relatively young age of 57, in February of 1988. While most of these checks date from 1985-1986, a few are dated between 1968 and 1972. Kuenn's signatures are potent applications, averaging 9-10 throughout this considerable group. Most are drawn on the First Interstate Bank of Wisconsin, located in Kuenn's hometown West Allis, however a fair number are from Arizona banks in Sun City, and Peoria, where Kuenn met his fate. Generally the checks are crisp and clean, though a small number have issues, including one with a staple, a couple with minor surface loss, and one with a sticker that slightly overlaps Kuenn's signature.
