The Fab Four's last D.C. concert took place at the height of the "More Popular Than Jesus" scandal that had bible-thumpers burning Beatles records and had Lennon leading a damage-control press conference from the Washington Senators locker room! This surviving stub nicely pictures the lads from Liverpool and features a reverse period notation of the full lineup: WEAM Team (deejays from the local Top 40 radio station), The Remains, Bobby Hebb, The Cyrkle, The Ronettes and The Beatles. GD/VG with medium toning and a few light creases.

Accompanied by a 12" square tour booklet notated on the inside front cover, "Bought this August 15, 1966, before the show at D.C. Stadium, here in Washington." There's also a stack of old scrapbook pages with pertinent Beatles news clippings from that summer's tour, including articles about the Beatle bans and bonfires.
