Comprised of examples from numerous different series of "N" cards issued by famous makers Allen & Ginter, Duke, Kinney and others, this big bundle makes a great representation of the period. In keeping with the later stage of the "Victorian Era", these marvelous cards are decorated with fantastic illustrations. A large number are devoted to horse racing and nations, while famous leaders, lovely ladies and a wide array of other subjects are represented. Condition is generally pleasing with bright, clean obverses showing average VG to EX details with 10% lesser, however a good number were removed from an album and are affected by paper/adhesive residue or surface loss on the reverse, as noted below.
