2X World Series champion Kirby Puckett is this focus of this single-signed bat and baseball pairing. Medical issues put an end to Puckett's consistently productive career in 1996 and ultimately claimed his life at the premature age of forty-five in 2006. Though he played just twelve MLB seasons, all with the Minnesota Twins, Puckett was highly productive throughout all twelve seasons. His contributions to the grand game of baseball were recognized in 2001, when he became a first ballot Hall of Fame inductee. Puckett has applied highly potent signatures to the surface of both of the offered like-new items, with: 1.) Louisville Slugger Genuine P339 Puckett signature model black bat, signed on the barrel in silver with "HOF 2001" inscription; and 2.) Rawlings OLB Official League baseball signed on the preferred sweet spot location.
