Description

Graded GOOD+ 2.5 by PSA. Second-year 1952 Bowman #218 Willie Mays high number. The young New York Giants Hall of Fame slugger studies an unfortunate pitcher on this cardboard classic which displays moderately worn corners and off-white edges. Despite factory errant top-to-bottom centering, this early Mays classic still exhibits fantastic eye appeal. The back is absent of the wax staining that so frequently plagues this issue.
