Description

Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Following a tremendous breakout season in 1959, Harmon Killebrew continued to establish himself as one of the greatest power hitters of his day in what would be the original Senators franchise final year of play in Washington. “The Killer’s” prodigious efforts were recognized by Post Cereal in 1960 by inclusion in a small series of panels featured on the back of Post Grape Nuts cereal boxes. The youthful Killebrew is depicted in portrait style in his Senators uniform with a facsimile autograph at lower left, framed by a wood grain design with a nameplate at the bottom center.
