Description

New York Yankees home uniform worn by Moose Skowron during the 2005 season on Old Timer's Day. Skowron has signed the jersey "Bill Moose Skowron 1952-58-61-62-63 World Champs" in blue marker along the right breast on the front. The white knit pinstripe jersey features the Yankees' "NY" logo on the left breast and the number "14" on the reverse. All letters and numerals have been appliquéd in navy blue tackle twill. Located on the left front tail is a “Majestic" label, and a “48” size tag. Accompanied by a matching pair of pants. Featured in the waistband are a "Majestic" label and a strip tag that bears the black printed lettering "14 Skowron 44-46 30 '05." Both the jersey and pants are original as issued, with no alterations. Each displays light wear. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
