Late nineteenth century World Heavyweight Champion Robert Fitzsimmons is recognized as "Champion Fighter of the World" on the offered 1896-1898 American Pepsin Gum Boxing pinback. Produced by Whitehead & Hoag in the aftermath of Fitzsimmons' March 1897 triumph over Jim Corbett, this antique has survived the century in remarkable condition! Of the 6 total graded by PSA, this turn-of-the-century knockout is the lone example at the grading level and reigns as the highest graded!
