Description

Johnny Bench’s color portrait is seen beside Riverfront Stadium on these (4) NR-MT Cooperstown Bat Company Famous Players Series bats. The stamp on the front barrel reads “Johnny Lee Bench - Cincinnati Reds 1967-1983 – Catcher - “The Little General” - NL MVP 1970-1972 - 10 Gold Gloves - World Series MVP 1976 - Baseball Hall of Fame1989 -Cooperstown Bat Company Famous Player Series 1996” and includes his career stats. Two of the identical bats have different numbers embossed on their knobs, 952 and 953 in the series. The other two of the bats have no numbers on the knob. Each bat has a large Johnny Bench signature (“9-10”) in blue sharpie.
