Lot # 164: 1923 W515-1 Uncut 10-Card Strip with (4) Hall of Famers Including #47 Babe Ruth

Scarce 1923 W515-1 Baseball uncut strip of (10) cards with four Hall of Famers. This lengthy 13-3/4 x 2-1/4" relic is carefully affixed to a 15x5 heavy blue cardboard backing. Despite varying degrees of corner/edge wear including the upper left corner being separated and perimeter chipping, this century-old artifact still is quite presentable. Includes (from left-to-right): #41 Johnston, #42 Kamm, #43 S. Jones, #44 Snyder, #45 McGraw, #46 E. Scott, #47 Ruth (chipping on top and bottom edge), #48 Shocker, #49 Alexander and #50 Maranville (missing upper right corner).
