A certified treasure from the Topps vault is presented, with this 1965 Push-Pull #4 George Washington/Uncle Sam proof card. Minor touches of wear in the form a light crease at top-right and a bit of white showing on the condition sensitive, black-bordered edge at bottom-left, limit the technical grade to Vg-Ex, though otherwise this vibrant, glossy card presents a good bit better.
