Uncatalogued 1940 Pittsburgh Sun-Telegraph 40 Years of Buccaneers Pirate Album set of (40) different players. Purportedly issued in early 1940, this newspaper clipped gallery includes a black-and-white player portrayal for each roster from the 1900-1939 seasons along with write-ups by journalist Chilly Doyle. Those roughly 8x4 articles (with some variance) includes descriptions for each Bucs squad along with team records and rosters. Pin holes are placed atop each article and the perimeters display varying degrees of wear. Additionally, several backs display written notations. Highlights include: Carey (1910), Cuyler (1924), Grimes (1928), Lindstrom (1933), Maranville (1921), McKechnie (1907), Traynor (1920), Waddell (1900) and Wagner (1901).
