Lot # 1262: 2018 Washington Capitals Stadium Series Signed Pucks (5) with Alex Ovechkin

A "Capitals Puck Surprise" is a popular Washington Capitals fan event where limited-edition, signed pucks are sold for charity, with lucky winners getting a blank puck that earns them a post-game meet-and-greet with a player, often resulting in heartwarming or viral moments like the famous "Puck Girl" incident.

Each one of these Stadium Series Pucks is signed in silver marker (“8-9”) on the front. Each puck was obtained through the 2017-2018 Puck Surprise Series, as noted on the backs, which is run for charity by Monumental Sports & Entertainment (Ted Leonsis), owner of the Washington Capitals. That will serve as authentication for this lot.
