Graded POOR 1 by SGC. "Baseball's Sad Lexicon" and (21) teammates are captured on the offered 1910 Chicago Cubs National League Champions team composite postcard. Postmarked from 1911, the correspondence section of this black-and-white heirloom displays legible pencil writing. Otherwise, the black-and-white cameos have sustained only moderate corner/edge wear along with expected surface staining. Players include: Archer, Beaumont, M. Brown, Chance, Cole, Evers, Foxen, Hofman, Kane, Kling, Murphy, Needham, Overall, Pfeffer, Pfeister, Reulbach, (2) Richie, Schulte, Sheckard, Steinfeldt, Tinker, Weaver and Zimmerman.
