This 7 of Hearts action pose was purportedly only distributed at Kennywood Amusement Park in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania during the summer of '62. Of the 12 total graded Koufax examples judged by the grading service, this stylish playing card themed example survives as 1 of 6 at the grading level with only 2 higher. What sets this already elusive card apart from the handful of other reported Koufax singles made available for public sale is that this piece contains black promotional text referencing prizes on the otherwise blank reverse.
