The first (and toughest) of the 15-season run, the offered 1955 Kahn's Wieners Cincinnati Reds near set was not released in hot dog packages, but rather during a single day promotional event at a Cincinnati area amusement park. As such, most of these black-and-white portraits didn't survive their initial contact with park attendees. Each player from the National League squad is pictured in street clothes and is blank-backed. Includes: Kluszewski (PSA FAIR 1.5, only 15 total graded), McMillan (SGC Authentic, evidence of trimming, only 4 total graded), Nuxhall (PSA POOR 1, mk, only 8 total graded), Post (trimmed) and Temple (PSA GOOD 2, only 9 total graded). Missing only G. Bell for completion.
