Baseball titans strike a Norman Rockwell-like pose, in this dual-signed photograph. Flashing big smiles in this 16x20 photograph are Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle. A few youngsters in the background have their faces pressed against the fence, in a cordial scene that looks as though it was staged for the Saturday Evening Post. The illustrious subjects have signed in nice contrast over their pants, with Williams (“8.5”) and Mantle (“7”). Framed in black metal to overall dimensions of 20x24, this ready for display piece is limited-edition numbered “249/1000” at the bottom-left corner.
