Bust a smash and grab move to take home this 1/63 Marvel Incredible Hulk #5 issue. The anything but jolly green giant of a super-hero originally enjoyed a much too brief 6-issue solo run in 1962-1963. Hulk was then relegated to Avengers issues, guest appearances, and space sharing in Tales to Astonish before returning to his own solo title in the 1968 Incredible Hulk issue #102. The original first 6 issues are hobby treasures of tremendous importance, and simply can not be passed on when made available. Held by the original owner all these years, since he was eager youth patrolling the newsstands, this important comic has recently been graded a respectable (2.5, Off-White Pages) by CGC, who does the grading service thing better than anyone else. CGC's label notes cite legendary comic book creators, with "Stan Lee story, Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers cover and art. 1st appearance of Tyrannus."
