Like he did so often during his Hall of Fame pro bowling career, Earl Anthony knocks ‘em all down in this magnificent 1982 “Million Dollar Strike” serigraph, by renowned artist LeRoy Neiman. The title of this vibrant limited-edition print is spot on, as “Square Earl” was the first PBA bowler to earn a million dollars. The limited-edition numbering of “286/300” is also pertinent, as 300 is the score of a perfect game in the sport of bowling, a feat Anthony accomplished 25 times. This colossal piece is matted to overall dimensions of 35x46 and presents in high grade condition. As per usual, Neiman’s artwork is fantastic, with glorious colors, and outstanding composition. Both Neiman and Anthony have signed on the bottom border, and each signature projects an (“8”) degree of potency. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
