In 1976, the USA was celebrating its 200th birthday and there was a whole lot going on in Philadelphia in honor of the Bicentennial. One of the highlights of the festivities, was the MLB All-Star Game held at the well beyond boisterous Veterans Stadium on 7/13/76. The National League's top squad was the 1976 World Series champion Cincinnati Reds.
