These 2-3/4" squares are die-cut and only a handful of specimens (Carrasquel, Kluszewski, Lemon) display significant perimeter notching or tearing. The remaining endpoints are relatively crisp with the labels displaying dazzling surface foundations and intense player/biographical box color sequences. Despite expected surface creasing and packaging remnants found on 70% of the reverses, these "golden age" big leaguers present in fantastic condition.
